Town Administrator

Mission StatementThe Town Administrator is appointed by the Board of Selectmen.  The mission of the Town Administrator's office is to implement policies and work to accomplish goals established by the Board of Selectmen and to administer and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Town government. The Town Administrator also functions as the Town's Personnel Director, Chief Procurement Officer, and serves on various committees at the request of the Selectmen. The office ensures that the town's resources are utilized most effectively and efficiently while encouraging the highest levels of interdepartmental cooperation and teamwork.
